Terms of Service for StoryBox

1. Definitions

• “StoryBox,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the StoryBox platform, its owners, operators, and authorized representatives.
• “Customer,” “client,” “subscriber,” or “you” refer to the individual or entity using our platform and services.
• “Service(s)” refers to StoryBox's Minecraft hosting and related tools or offerings.
• “Content” includes any server data, files, or materials created, uploaded, or managed on StoryBox's platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using StoryBox's platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable End User License Agreement (EULA) for Minecraft or other integrated services. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using StoryBox immediately.

3. Service Use

a. Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. StoryBox is not liable for any unauthorized access or use of your account.

b. Server Hosting

• You may create and manage Minecraft servers using StoryBox's platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your server configurations and activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

c. Server Content

• StoryBox does not monitor server content unless necessary for compliance or technical support.
• You must not host or distribute illegal, obscene, harmful, or offensive content on your server, including but not limited to:
  • Copyright-infringing materials.
  • Hate speech or harassment.
  • Unauthorized third-party modifications of Minecraft.

4. Payments and Refunds

a. Payments

• All payments for services are processed through secure third-party providers.
• You are responsible for maintaining active and updated payment information to avoid service interruptions.

b. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 3 days of server creation if you are unsatisfied with the service.
• One-time purchases, such as server add-ons or customization services, are non-refundable once used.

c. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any account that initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without prior contact with StoryBox may result in service termination.
